I contacted rated people for an urgent kitchen rewire job i needed carried outout urgently. As I had been let down. I received a call from a lovely lady at Back to Earth Electrical. She advised her husband would visit to advise/quote. He turned up on time. Advised me and more importantly listened to my requirements which were most urgent. I was advised they would get back to me once they had looked at their schedules. I was called back within 2 hours. That they had planned me in for next morning. (Which was a life saver. As I had plasterers, You need Tec waiting to start their bit)
The person I dealt with arrived in time, and carried out job. Professionally, timely on budget, and tidied up after job. We had a small issue with heating control (not related as it turned out) However when I called him, he returned within half an hour and fixed it. I would highly recommend Back to Earth Electrical and the person I dealt with, for their brilliant service. And above and beyond squeezing our job in.
