I had new bathroom carpet fitted which was very thick and soft in texture. However, upon fitting I discovered the doors would not open and close, certainly freely due to the thickness of the fitted carpet. I, therefore, needed two doors removed from their hinges and the bottoms shaved off, allowing them to open and close freely with the doors being re-hung. After contacting rated people with my details, PLP house maintenance Ltd contacted me by e-mail confirming he could do the work along with the price. I replied confirming the price suggesting a date and within a time period convenient to me. He confirmed the date was acceptable along with arriving and completing the job within a time that was acceptable to me. He did all that. He did all that I asked and required. The work was excellent and the Trades person very pleasant and obliging to deal with. He left the work area very tidy and clean. I have no complaints and would both recommend the individual and his work. I live in Eastbourne.
