I have been building for over 40 years and Bujar and OC Floor Screeding are one of the best companies I have worked with.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team I recently engaged to carry out the screeding at my home. I needed screeding for my kitchen, cloakroom and study, in preparation for electric underfloor heating. Unfortunately, the old screed had been dug up and many blocks had been broken and 105 needed replacing, so when OC Screeding turned up, exactly as arranged, on time, they were faced with a rather different issue than we originally planned.

They quickly adapted to the situation, gave me further options on screed type and changed the quality of the screed to a stronger mix (Flowcrete Isocrete) as they felt it was required for my specific circumstances and given likely movement relating to block & beam floors. The upgrade on screed type, did inevitably mean a small increase in cost, but it was reasonable and the final results were fantastic.

A flat, smooth surface which was perfectly finished, having had to deal with floor variations in height of up to 30mm. They took 2 hours preparing, measuring, continually checking lasser points, and the end result was a perfect floor. My kitchen fitter was happy with a perfect floor for laying underflooring heating matts and tiling/amtico. OC Screeding used a pipe system to transfer the screed and worked extremely hard, they also cleared up afterwards to finish the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them onto others.

I had OC Screeding to do around 75m2 of internal floor covering and around 120m2 of external (patio) screed. In both cases I have been highly impressed with the attention to detail, level of finish, communication and advice given. Rates are also very competitive.

My tiler told me it is the best screeding he has come across and has agreed to lay the much larger format tiles (20mm think) to the patio for the same rate per m as the internal tiles - only on the basis I used the same screed company.

We had a screed laid by OC Screeding recently for our house extension in Surrey. About 100 sq m. Very impressed by their attention to detail and work ethic. Worked non stop for 12 hours to get the job finished. Clearly very experienced and knowledgeable.

Just had a difficult surface relaid to a shallow depth and Ocscreeding nailed it.

In the summer I got a outside concrete base laid by a builder and it was terrible. Pooled with water everywhere Ocscreeding rectified this and made it a dream to tile after.

To be honest it was too good to tile.
