Avoid this terrible company. An “ engineer” attended then refused to service the boiler for health and safety reasons as it is wall mounted and we have always accessed in with a small step ladder. Then they refused to refund my pre paid fee. Very unpleasant.

Choosing Landlord Certificates was a big mistake they are just Unprofessional and deceitful Avoid this company. Everything was fine we paid the invoice and booked an engineer for next day but no one arrived and kept us waiting whole day with no apology they just change appointment according to their program without asking and when we complain It is more their behavior and attitude they don't care and don't give answers and they just took our money and refuse to refund it just empty promises to earn more time but nor refund. DON'T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY LOST OF MONEY AND TIME

I paid for them service. First didn’t turned up as something happened with Enginner car for gas safety inspection. Second time I got 5 hours slot and Enginner arrived instead of 8-1pm around 5pm. Waste of time and money. It’s no possible to write real review on trust pilot as they removing. But fro here then can’t. They bunch of useless people and unorganised company who wasting customer time.

Really don't bother. They're middlemen who put you in touch with allegedly trust worthy engineers, who they quickly through under a bus when there's an issue. I am also not sure how good their 'professionals' are. Their quotes for remedial work are consistently higher than independents and I do genuinely offer no value to anyone (except for the fact they skim profit for themselves). Advice : shop around with tradespeople who are recommended, get three quotes and hope for the best ! What I'm quite quickly understanding is as a non-tradesperson you're seen as an open cheque book.

Unprofessional and deceitful, issued two conflicting reports. When you complain no customer care. Pay a bit more for a professional reliable service and avoid this company not worth the stress and you'll end up paying more in the long run to resolve the mess they create because they wont refund your money when they are aware they got it wrong. Youll end up having to report them and pay another engineer to get job done professionally and reliably.

I have used the service provider a few times and had no problems but the last time I used them it was a disaster so I have stopped using them. I booked and paid for a gas safety test. About an hour before the service provider was due to come, he cancelled the appointment claiming that his car had broken down. The appointment was rescheduled to another time at great inconvenience to myself. The engineer did the test and a few days later the boiler broke down. It had been working fine before the engineers visit. I complained to the service provider but they were unhelpful. They refused to acknowledge that they might have caused a problem. I did not know what else to do but find an alternative service provider. It cost me £95 to fix using another engineer. At the very least the service provider should have offered to see what was wrong with the boiler free of charge since I complained that they had done something to the boiler. But they did not do this. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They may be cheap but they do not provide a good service

Took my money then cancelled. Pretended they didn't receive Payment and told me to call my bank. I'd even got a receipt of them saying I had paid. Do not use this company.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! These guys are terrible. I got someone round to do an electrical certificate. The guy accidentally turned the gas off. The gas worked before he got there and stopped working whilst he was there. They vociferously denied it had anything to do with them and stood firm on this. Several angry emails and calls later and considerable stress, they eventually admitted that it was their fault. No apology naturally! They then sent me a very over the top list of things that need fixing. I have gone to someone else and most of these things did not appear in my electrical certificate. I'm disgusted with this firm. It is more their behaviour and attitude when wrong than the very fact that they messed up. We all make mistakes from time to time, but it's how we handle ourselves and their response was abysmal.

I made the mistake of choosing Landlord Certificates to carry out gas and safety checks in my flat because they were cheap... won't be making that mistake again. Ended up costing me several hundred pounds after all the repairs they had to carry out on the job they botched. The whole process took about 3 weeks, cost me hundreds of pounds and in the end, I had to go to another company to replace the boiler, which they finally admitted after charging me hundreds of pounds to do repairs to, admitted that it simply was time to get a new one.

I have called company website :https://www.landlord-certificates.co.uk for gas safety certificate for my rental property. Everything was fine and a lady has booked a engineer for next day but no one arrived and keep my tenant waiting whole day. It was completely wasting time, after I hard from friend of mine they took her money but did not come! I know they are cheap to attract customer but what is the point if you don't get the service?

Online booking system is easy to use and the customer helpdesk staff were helpful and polite when rebooking on a new date. Ali, the engineer was professional…
