Aerial Force came to me by recommendation and I’m very pleased with the service that I have received on two visits. The engineer was friendly and quick to fix a weak signal problem on a communal aerial system. He was also able to fasten some cabling that was loose and checked that residents were receiving a good signal. The engineer took time to make sure that the tv system was working properly.

Made a call for a quote in the morning and the tradesman arrived in roughly an hour, he assessed the work I wanted doing and gave me an all in quote for which he fully explained the breakdown. I was happy with this and agreed for the work to be done. He was very professional throughout. I had lots of sky cables that weren't in use and he removed all of these inside and out leaving a much more tidy appearance. As well as a new aerial I had all 3 bedrooms connected also. The cables are hardly visible and secured nicely leaving no trailing or loose bits. Everything was fully explained to me and I'm very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend to family or friends based on my experience today.

After my aerial became detached and landed on the roof on the night of Storm Ciara I left a message on the website in the very early hours of Sunday morning. Had a call Monday am to say someone would be there that day. Stayed in all day (when I would normally be out) only to receive call to say they couldn't make it. Tuesday wasn't possible for me so I was put down for first call Wednesday. When the young man arrived I couldn't have wished for better service - friendly, helpful and efficient. The only problem being I am stuck with wondering how to get rid of the old aerial from my limited outdoor space.

Engineer responded and attended quickly. Soon identified and rectified problem. Excellent service.

Quick, professional fitting of bracket. Did it at short notice and made a much better job of it than I would. Only downside is that they are quite costly. However I considered worth it for a one off expense. If you want to avoid the pain of a botched DIY, then I recommend them.

Engineer very polite, knew what he was doing and resolved the problem the best he could, most of our channels now working he thought that the others don’t work because of the PVR box being a problem due to being worn. 100% signal strength but PVR box only operating at 66%. Thank you and would highly recommend the engineer we had from Caterham covering BN27 postcode on Christmas Eve. Thanks again.

The guys at Aerialforce were fantastic - they got me a survey and quote within 24 hours (they could even have done same day if I hadn't already had plans!). The engineer was punctual and friendly and the price he offered was very reasonable. He managed to fit me in for an installation on the same day too! Overall a great experience and I'd definitely recommend these guys!

I needed a new TV aerial and contacted this company who said that they could send someone tomorrow. I said that this was too soon and that I could take a day off work to meet them on Wednesday. They arranged a time between 09:00 and 13:00. The day came and by 10:30, I hadn't heard from them and phoned their helpline to say I was at home waiting. They said that the workman would be calling when on his way. Their headquarters phoned at 12 noon to say that the engineer would be late and they would be with us between noon and 18:00. No one arrived and I had a totally wasted day. I tried using their Chat line which was a farce; just a computer that tries to give you an appointment - not much good when they can't even keep their appointment! Don't waste your time with AerialForce, use local professionals instead. I gave up with AerialForce and used a local professional - 1h30mins and job done - cost £125 and a happy client.

So I asked for a quote and they came the next day, from the people on the phone to the fitter who came the service was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. Absolutely fantastic service and would definitely recommend to others and use again myself :) I can honestly think of nothing that I didn’t like about the whole service.

I was extremely pleased with my TV Engineer. He knew exactly what to look for when I explained I could not run my DVD box whilst my Freeview box was switched on. I had set it up incorrectly. He retuned all the latest channels and checked my aerial connection before he left. I would thoroughly recommend Aerial Force.
