My bedroom window blew wide open from ajar in the wind. After numerous attempts to close it failed I rang Able Window Repairs. Within 48 hours a window engineer called and fixed the problem. He had to replace two sliding top and bottom. My bedroom was freezing as this occurred during a cold spell in March 2023. The window engineer was very professional and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently. The engineer explained exactly what he had done to prevent this happening again. Thank you Able for being so able!
