The good: the engineer was excellent on both visits. He was professional, kept us informed about procedure, listened to questions seriously and answered them fully and was courteous. His advice about what to do seemed to me to be wise. The bad: your administrative centre failed in two respects: firstly, not informing us of the appointed time for the second visit (I found out only because, not having heard from you, I rang); secondly, Having rung, I was promised that they would inform the engineer of our preference not to visit on the morning of the day scheduled. This did not happen, apparently.
