I called Able after a sudden and unexpected leak, the service was great, friendly and informative in the phone, the person who attended called me first to discuss the job and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.

We called Able Group to find someone to mend a broken front door lock. Someone arrived within a couple of hours and quickly identified the problem and the solution. We were given the estimated costs of repair and kept informed of the progress of the timings for the purchase of the required parts. He arrived, listened to my explanation of the problem and then carried out a thorough inspection of the site. He immediately blocked up the space around a couple of pipes in the garage and ascertained where the rats might be going. He laid traps around the site and made an appointment to return a couple of weeks later, an appointment he kept. He re-examined the site and provided advice on how to secure the garage from further infestation, which I have taken up. He carried out the two visits in a friendly and professional way, giving a detailed explanation of the action he was taking and the likely outcome. He was a credit to the company, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company. The cost was made clear to me at the outset and was not increased.

Very speedy appointment made and the very next day a team member turned up - well equipped for a locked oak door a with tight hinges and stubborn locks. The door was removed and then access could be made to the old (keyless) locks etc - 1x era and 1 x 5 lever mortise. The mortise lock was replaced like for like - unfortunately the van stock did not carry the identical upmarket ERA lock we had and also had no stock of any brass colour - just satin metal. The ERA LOCK works but lacks the quality of the original - I elected to be practical since I wanted a lockable solution installed in two places to be secure. Your well trained team member worked very hard to complete the job. SATISFIED WITH ALL ASPECTS EXCEPT CHOICES OF LOCKS AVAILABLE IN VAN.

Following a break in at my home, the door lock was damaged which meant the home was insecure. Called Able at about 1115pm to come out and fit a new lock. They attended my property very quickly and not only replaced the broken lock, the locksmith also fitted a better lock than the original. he also ensured that the whole mechanism was checked and worked properly. very please and the house was secure. I had no complaints whatsoever

I was initially very impressed with your company's service as I called after 1pm on Saturday with the promise of a plumber visiting by 5pm and, although it was an expensive callout, I was happy to pay this for such prompt service - as our sewerage system is also linked with our elderly neighbour. I was then called at 3.30pm to say that the plumber had gone home and so would not be coming and that another call would be arranged for the next day (Sunday) - but I had to wait for details to be provided. I called back myself later as no call was forth-coming and another member of your staff organised a new visit for the Sunday at 2pm. The Plumber arrived at 1pm on the Sunday and did a splendid job - but he still had to charge us the full amount - even though we had waited nearly another 24 hours without services - and I would have expected to have been offered some discount on the full price to recognise this delay.

This company charge way way too much. It works out at £277 an hour which is way way higher than my brother earns as a senior doctor in the NHS. I will never use this company again and suggest you find another company unless you have money to throw away

I called they came two days after and put the poison and it worked after a week. The worker was very professional and cooperative. I would recommend them to my family and friends for sure.

CALLED TO TELL US WHEN THE OPERATOR WOULD ARRIVE AND ARRIVED ON TIME. SPENT TEM MINUTES SEARCHING THE ATTIC, AND PASSED ON DETAILS OF WHAT HE DISCOVERD AND HOW HE WOULD DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM. TEN MINUTES LATER HE ADVISED US THE AMOUNT OF CHEMICAL HE HAD PUT DOWN AND WHAT HE EXPECTED THIS WOULD ACHIEVE. COMPLETED THE PAPERWORK AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SECON VISIT ARRIVED ON TIME FOR SECOND VISIT, CHECKED THE ATTIC, AND TOLD US THAT HE HAD ACHIEVED THE OBJECTIVE OF CLEARING THE PROBLEM. ALSO CONFIRMED THAT IF THE PROBLEM RETURNED IN THE NEAR FUTURE, TO CALL AND ARRANGE A THIRD VISIT. PROBLEM WAS REWSOLVED IN A TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE MANNER, WITH THE LEAST POSSIBLE INCONVEN IENCE

Excellent response and could get an electrician at short notice which was what was a minimum requirement. Kept me updated of arrival time. The electrician was efficient in diagnosis, procuring a part and fixing my issue. The only negative is that it was a bit expensive for these hard times, but can't really complain for such a speedy, friendly and efficient response.
