Very happy with the service, one lady help us through the procedure. we never thought about do everything through the chat, and we were a bit afraid but with help everything was easy. She did everything.we didn't move a finger.
Also we couldn't get the fly the day we want because the voucher it didn't allow us date and she found a solution in two seconds, with a little difference of price but for that she got us the breakfast on the hotels !! So nothing else to say the web side is amazing the prices are incredible and the service is lovely.
I fully recommend to everyone !!!

Excellent service, from start to finish helped by a gentleman who answered all questions and did all the work for me at an excellent price. In the end we got the day and date we wanted to fly out and back again. We're so looking forward to our trip. Once again thanks for great customer service!
