I booked two tours under this agency when I went to Bangkok recently (March 2015). 1.) Siam Niramit show + buffet dinner and 2.) Safari World (Safari + Marine Park tickets). At first I was a bit doubtful if this is not fraud or scam but whenever I have queries they respond within 24 hours. Plus, when I asked for a change in schedule, they never hesitated to process my request. I was happy cause I though it will be a problem but the were able to deliver. Another reason why I have some doubts prior was because their package is very cheap compared to booking directly to the Siam Niramit or Safari World. But to my delight, when I arrived during my schedule, the cashier has my tickets all prepared already under Asia Web Direct Agency. So I was really glad that it is totally LEGIT!. Great deal and very responsive customer care. I am satisfied with their service. All my doubts were changed into a gratified customer. For those who plan to see some tours in Bangkok, I recommend Asia Web Direct * I really took time to write this review because I also read reviews and it is important for me to know the experience so I can be warned of it is fraud. Also reviews give me ideas about the service, so I wanna return the favor as well and wanna share my experience. Hope this helps :-)
