This went downhill a long time back. Tastes like diswater and does not froth at all. It used to have a decent taste and it did froth. I would not recommend this at all.

The unsweetened cappuccino was my favorite of all Nescafé cappuccinos. The new package came with a different taste. Me and my colleagues in my hospital agree that we prefer the original taste. Of course we can adapt to the changes but I am curious what components had been changed and why. Can we order from the old stock?

With new packaging came a very poor product, a poor 2nd to the original. As Cappucino Machine owners, we were giving our machine a rest and buying Nescafe Cappucino Menu and enjoying the product. Not anymore however. The original product had great frothing ability and good flavour. Contrary to the catch phrases on the new sachets, the original product would have given a 'recharge' and a 'bounce back' however the latest and not so greatest, falls far short of the mark.

I used to absolutely love my Cappuccino strong coffee, what have you done to it the packets I bought recently were horrible they are too sweet taste as if it's all chocolate powder and so I don't waste them I have to add a spoonful of ordinary coffee in my cup to make it palatable. As soon as I finish the packets I have I will not be buying anymore neither will my friends Change the formula back you have definitely done something weird to it ( I would have liked to know you were changing it you changed the sachet packaging so you have definitely done something if not I've bought 4 tasteless packets

A few years ago the cappuccino recipe was changed to a disgusting weak flavour. I persevered, having to add coffee to give it any flavour. As others mentioned, it no longer dissolved and basically tasted like warm, watery milk. I just added coffee to it (and I don't even like strong coffee!), and plodded on. Today I bought a box and found that plastered all over the box was advertising about how the packaging is 21% less and it sounds like Nescafe is saving the planet by doing this. What they fail to mention is the sachets are now considerably less. They were 10 x 18g, they are now 10 x 15g. The price hasn't gone down of course. Time for me to switch brands.

I have been buying Nescafe Cappuccino for about 15 years. For a number of years I really enjoyed it. The highlight for me was the chocolate sprinkler which was included in the box. Unfortunately for the last few years this has been excluded. To me the cappuccino was never the same since this happened. Also the taste has been changed a few times in recent years. I don't like the current taste so after I've finished the box which I'm now using, I won't be buying Nescafe again. I'll have to try other brands to see how their cappuccinos taste.

Having liked the Unsweetened variety I bought a box of 10 x sachets of the newly packaged "Skinny" option. However, not only was the taste dissappointing but also 3 of the sachets were split across the bottom, not only losing contents but also escaping from the box as well and creating one hell of a mess in my handbag - eeerrrrr!!!! Will not buy again soley for this reason.

SOoooooooooo disappointing. I used to love the Nescafe unsweetened cappaccino = as did other members of my family. The "new" product , however, tastes nothing like coffee - just dishwater. I will never buy this product again. To my mind it doesnt even deserve one star - only below zero. However - I cant give this. Hence the one star.

It just doesnt dissolve and you end up with floaty bits in the coffee. and it looks like dish water and tastes nasty.

Your new "formula" is the worst tasting excuse for coffee that I've had. Why change something that was so good? I used to stockpile your coffee in case I ever ran out. Now I have boxes and boxes of your new sachets and I'll be flogging them all off on ebay. I hope you listen to your customers and bring the old sachets back!

Nescafe, why don't you get this disgusting drink out of the supermarkets and bring back the lovely old recipe that we all love. Please take note of all these negative reviews and PLEASE do something about it!

I thought I was the only one who was disgusted with the "new" cappuccino and then talking to someone on ebay (I was searching for some "old style" sachets, I discover that the vast majority of your loyal customers hate it. I HOPE YOU GUYS HAVE ACTUALLY ALL WRITTEN IN TO CUSTOMER SERVICES AT NESCAFE! You have basically all summed up how I feel (didn't know about the smell as I lost my sense of smell in an accident 10 years ago) - it's just milk and you have to add your coffee! It's so foul I am giving away the boxes I bought to see if I can find ANYONE who likes it! I certainly don't and you've lost me as a customer Nescafe until you bring the old version back (and even then I'm not sure I'd come back if I find something I like - you haven't looked after me and I have been a patron of yours for 4 decades and of your Cappuccino for as long as it has been on supermarket shelves. START LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR GOODNESS SAKE! It's libellous to call this muck cappuccino!

I am really disappointed with the flavour of the new unsweetened Cappucino! I have drunk the old version and enjoyed it for numerous years.I didn't realise that it been altered so blamed my husband for buying the wrong box it tasted so horrible. It has a very 'fake' taste that is hard to describe and tt tastes too bitter when you reach the bottom of the cup. I can't even stand the smell of the new version..have persevered but have decided not to buy it anymore!

Just please listen to your ex customers and bring back the brilliant product of the unsweetened cappucino . Myself and work colleagues miss our daily frothy coffee and this new version will not be purchased by us again, such a disappointment !!!

They've done it again, altered the package and the ingredients to produce dishwater. I have had to add coffee to mine to produce a drinkable coffee. Well done - the second packet goes straight back to Tesco and Kenci (although dearer) is on my shopping list in future. Just fed up with the unreliability - obviously penny pinching on the quantity of coffee.
