Like many others, I and my family have been drinking this tea for decades and have not found another another tea that is as satisfying for everyday use, with its bright clean taste. A few years ago it disappeared from supermarkets but we were pleased to discover that it could be ordered direct from Typhoo and have been doing so ever since. A number of friends and relatives have have also become regular customers. It is a great shock to hear that Typhoo is no longer able to supply this blend. Does anyone know where to obtain something similar? Perhaps the time has come for enthusiasts of this style of tea to band together and find another supplier able to create a similar blend?

I took had been drinking this tea for 40 years, and was disconsolate when it was discontinued. But then recently, I was sitting in a cafe in Saffron Walden of all places, and ordered a pot of tea, and on drinking it thought "This is it!". So I asked the cafe, and they sold me a box: Teapigs Everyday Brew! Funnily enough, nearly the same blend: Assam, Ceylon, and Rwandan. No longer feeling sad!
