No vegetarian respect

I ordered £58 pounds worth of vegetarian food. On the same evening one waiter rang me to say there was no pak Choi so i ordered another vegetarian dish. When the order came they all had shrimp, meat or chicken in. Also, it was all swimming in disgusting pink sugar water which was meant to be a sauce.
When i rang Jades Kitchen to complain that it was not vegetarian and we couldn’t eat anything they said they would ring me back. Seven phone calls later, and having spoken to the manager who said she would deal with it and ring me back, and no phone call came, i rang Hungry House. They tried to resolve by ringing the restaurant who denied everything, even denying the phone call. The restaurant would not compensate me at all so Hungry House said They could not help me and were not prepared to do anything else to help!
Not only was the food disgusting, and misrepresented, no one could help me retrieve some of my money.
What terrible service and bad management.
Never order from this website and certainly not from Jade Kitchen in St Johns Wood!
