Suit was delivered a month later than quoted. Stitching was poor and suit was nothing like expected. Upon returning the suit (£12 postage) it transpires they sent the wrong suit. Refund took a month and lots of chasing to be repaid, and no offer to cover the return postage cost despite it being their error. When refund was sent via PayPal I was charged around £8 processing fee. I requested this be covered by Victor Valentine, but this has been ignored. Suits look lovely on the website, but the reality is poor quality and bad service. Not worth the headache.

We are dreadfully sorry to hear about your experience. Please go ahead and email us. We will of course refund the postage cost in full and also refund the PayPal fee.
We have recently installed additional tailors and processes to ensure that our usual delivery times are 21-30 days are well and truly kept. Short term this did cause some delays and we implemented the new changes but we are now certainly back on track.
Once again, our sincere apologies. We will ensure that this is resolved to your complete satisfaction

Victor Valentine have since refunded me the postage and processing fee. It would appear they were very busy at the time of my ordering and this is the reason customer service was lacking.
