HomeStore Self Storage were like a breath of fresh air for us after a string of storage companies offered sign up deals but quickly increased the rent, charging Credit cards without permission. We needed somewhere that we knew our belongings would be safe (we have been out of the UK for some time) but where price was set and that someone was always at the end of the phone. HomeStore Self Storage were just that right from the beginning and up until we had our items removed and shipped to us their service was personal and impeccable. I cannot recommend this small business enough!!

The staff here in Ipswich are superb, more importantly they care about their customers and make sure that they offer you exactly what you are looking for. There is no hard sell here just good honest opinion. Putting all your stuff into storage can be stressful but you can be assured that it will be well cared for here. Costs are competitive and storage is fully secure, if you need storage talk to these people, I wasn't disappointed

This was the first time I had used a formal Storage facility (as opposed to just stacking things up at home!) The unit itself is quite intimidating when you first go round it, because of the necessary security: eg the steel gates opening and closing behind you as you progress from the front gate towards the space you have hired and the need to key in your PIN a number of times. However, the friendliness of the staff goes a long way towards mitigating this and I was given all the help and advice I needed with choosing the amount of space required and the routine for accessing it. The storage made it possible to carry out various renovations and changes at home, including getting a carpet down in a room previously filled with clutter. I have given HomeStore Self Storage the maximum rating, because it really was a 5 star service

Having had a storage unit at Homestore Ipswich for a number of years, I can strongly recommend them. The storage is both secure, flexible and good value. The service has always been of a high standard and they deal with queries promptly. The 24 hour access is very useful, and i was surprised at how often i used out of hours access over the period of my rental. Thanks Homestore!

We were delighted with our 'Home Store' experience. The units are clean, dry and well-lit and the 24/7 access is perfect. However, the best thing about Ipswich Home Store is the staff! They could not have been more pleasant or more helpful and I have no difficulty in recommending this storage facility.
