I have been with Selftrade for several Years and the service has become worse since it was taken over. The help desk is sympathetic but cannot effect change. Some functions that do not work on pc appear to work in Mac environment.
I wish they would tell me their plan to fix it, if they have one, otherwise we should assume they are going to let it die as customers move elsewhere.
