been with this company from when it was comdirect and stuck with them through transfer to selftrade and their various owners and again transferred to Equiniti - how I wish I hadn't.
Applaing web site layout, very unreliable in loading data, excessively fussy layout, extra steps at every stage...
And transfers seem to be impossible - did the paperwork to move my kids CTF's to a Junior ISA provider in June and just cant get a response.
Stay away!
