I use a credit union rather than a bank -- credit unions have many cost and service advantages that banks don't. Unfortunately, though, credit unions may have some nonstandard processes that may cause a bit more complexity from a BullionVault account validation perspective. I ran into such a complexity challenge, however, the BullionVault representative I worked with was proactive and very professional. He worked directly with my credit union and myself to resolve issues. I was very impressed with his commitment, follow through, and help. I have already recommended BullionVault to others as a result.
