I have had it for three years and use it so often. I would not iron without it anymore … It is a waste of time using ordinary steam irons.
I have read where people are having problems with it continually steaming ??
Mine started doing that - so I took it to my laundry sink and flushed it. Filled it with water - shook and dumped it out. I was getting all sorts of calcium deposits from the hard water - and praying that I found the problem.. Well Yes - after cleaning it out and then letting it ' blow steam ' for about ten minutes - it calmed down and eventually cleaned the track out and it is now back in excellent ironing shape.
The iron itself is shiny, clean and looking brand new.
I now will clean it out regularly - as our water must be harder than average..
So - for those of you that are having this ' run-on steam ' problem - did you try flushing it ???
Worked for me - and I sure hope it works for you …
