Watched the Argos video was impressed purchased and tried at home, totally different. Plenty of steam hand held but no pressure even close up would not clean hardened dust off vacuum cleaner filter cover. That much steam at times I could not see cover. Tried on smooth tile floor in kitchen with mop attachment on recommended setting floor dried quicker than when using ordinary mop but was not impressed with cleaning. Floor was not as good as when using standard mop and dried streaky. All in all not worth the money, at least I will obtain a full refund from Argos
