I have just given our meter feeding to the feed in tariff team. The gentleman I spoke with said the solar panels are only working at 46%. Could you explain if this is normal please?

Why does my T20 switch into flashing evening mode at 11am est in full sunlight? Turning PV off for 2+ hrs, again in full optimum sunlight of my day in my area.

Do the solar panels work correct with smart meters (as fitter by British Gas)?

We have a serious problem with Y Solar panels on the roof. It is causing leaks in several places in our loft. We have phoned Y Solar twice and told by receptionist that there was no one to take the call.. Can you please advise us what we can do as it is an emergency, and keep waiting for someone to phone back, when there appears to be nobody around. We await to hear from you with advice as soon as possible.
