From the start there was no pressure. The salesman was great, explained everything and gave us plenty of time to consider the quote. Fitting date booked at the same time and was completed without any delays. Scaffold was erected the day before and taken down within 6 days. Had a call a couple of days before fitting to explain there was a delay with the battery supply and was given a detailed explanation and given a estimated new fitting date for the battery. On the fitting day for the panels, the office called to check everything was going ok. Fitters were very professional. Can only praise the service we have received so far.
