From the point at which we saw our sales man our solar panels were fitted within two week. Our sales man was really friendly, he gave us all the information we needed and was great with the children. The guys who did the scaffolding were quick and professional and the fitters who came out, despite all the COVID restrictions, were really great. Everything was up on the roof before sunset and we were producing electricity before the day was out (December fitting). The paperwork afterwards does take a little time but I think that is the process everyone goes through, so it meant that we had a time of being uncertain what was happening with our energy providers and whether we had been transferred to the correct tarriff.
The reason we are only giving 4 stars is because our sales man said we would have our exit fees covered by project solar as we had only very recently switched providers however this was never passed onto the admin team at project solar so it took a considerable amount of time to get to the bottom of what was happening, which meant a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth.
I’d definitely recommend project solar and i am hoping we can get solar on our garden office project so will do this through project solar when the time comes.
