I had my water heating system serviced by doctor renewables and my systems is working much better and my energy bills have been reduced because of it. The Engineer was friendly and I wouldn't hestaite to use them again.

Just had this bunch call, trying hard to push their products onto us. They conveniently have an advisor close by, and have done work in a nearby street. Yes of course ?

I believe they have got my details from another company. But this firm appear to have no credentials and could not tell me exactly where they operate or a managers name.

Very shifty in my opinion and we are best to keep clear.

Same address, same contacts, same director.

AGT previously purporting to have accreditation's for all the regulatory bodies, but a search of the internet revealed that they did indeed have none.

Now doctor renewable`s will sell you a Care plan to `cover` your Thermo dynamic hot water system, or your Air to hot Air system. Their website claims that under the plan they will `inspect` the coils, record the temperatures and supply you with a report. Wow ! Perhaps the replacement gas they use comes in a bucket ?

It is interesting to note that their website claims they can service 24 types of product and yet they do not appear on any of the respective manufacturers lists as certified repair agents.

None of the manufacturers logo`s they feature have them listed.

It is also surprising that a company formed just over 24 weeks ago claim to have supported some 1240 happy customers already.

They are also eager to sell you a 4/8 year plan when almost all of the products they are keen to cover already come with a 5 year warranty. Good if your system is old, but Thermodynamic hot water systems in their current guise only came into being in 2012 it seems !

What will happen once you part with your hard earned cash I wonder ? A brief look at the Director history of the sole director will show a string of companies under his belt, many have been dissolved, with lots of new ones opening.

The managing director of the company is not actually listed either.

So its no surprise here that what you may actually be buying will be worthless, the free phone number will disappear as will they.
