“Disregarded building regulations”

I have been a good customer of this company for over 5yrs. Today they refused to service my boiler because I have no loft ladder. At no point in the past 5yrs has this been a requirement even on the day of installation, and no warning has ever been given this is a requirement. Customer service were absolutely immoveable and won't visit until a ladder is fitted. They seem to change their terms whenever they want and don't tell the customer. Happy customer now an angry customer, well done.

Update. I complained to Gas Safe who have confirmed ASG disregarded building regulations during the installation of said boiler.

Don't use this company not to be trusted.
