bugs & crashes

I've had this phone from new for 3 months now. It quite often freezes or goes to a black screen and the only way to reset is to disassemble and remove then replace battery which is a total pain. Camera is good when it works...This freezes frequently especially when trying to take a video. It has problems connecting to my home wife when my router is in the next room! Then eats up all my data instead! Could have been a very good phone without the glitches but as it is I when is I'd followed my gut and got an iPhone.
