The Samsung Galaxy Pro has received reviews that always gets a new user thinking ; what has gone wrong or what hasn’t been done right in the manufacture of this phone? The pro might live up to its name in terms of design but the question stands whether it works as good as it looks? Indeed the grey and black colour scheme of the Galaxy Pro leaves it to be desired by all who see it.

Despite its stylish design, concerns from users at Trusted Reviews mentioned that the phone was too wide at 67mm and didn’t feel at all comfortable when holding it close to the ears. Another hinted the phone felt like a bloc of plastic and that sense of durability wasn’t there. However it was light at 106g which seemed to be a hit with most users.

On the issue of the screen, some users at Trusted Reviews website noted that the Samsung Galaxy Pro screen was one of the worst in the Samsung range of phones. The thick border around the edge didn’t seem to sit down well with most reviewers. For the majority of users while this thick border was useless, they thought the screen could have been made slightly wider. It even gets worse with a low resolution of 320x240 which one user found very concerning as websites get difficult to read even when zoomed in. This was agreed by others at Phone Arena, adding this made gaming and internet browsing an absolute pain as with the small screen, images were hard to see.

The battery life was also an issue. It seemed most users had to charge the phone literally every single day as recorded by users at Carphone Warehouse. The lightness of the phone was also an issue discussed. Most were pleased it wasn’t bulky but rather slim and thin. However another noted the phone was very slow but upon upgrading the software it started running faster.
