My daughter joined in the artist development programme offered by BGM (Former Baby Girls Music and later changed name to BGM Entertainment) about 2 years ago. We had noticed a change in the standards of services in the last year, but as her producer was very good we continued to use the services. The company changed names and seemed to be back on track, but in April/14 my daughter had her session cancelled in the last minute without any previous warning. After that we had asked for a refund and although it was agreed a refund was going to be made, we have never received it. In June/14 in order to make use of the money we had agreed to book another session, but after travelling from High Wycombe to London no producer was there to provide the booked session. Her singer teacher and producer had left the company because they had not been paid for a long time. Again, I had asked for a refund many times, but was ignored and to this date we have not received our money back. Obviously this company will not go very far and we are not the only ones that had been robbed of our hard work money. So, please be aware and do not join in!
