I am using the gateway services of Cart Pay Solutions from last years. It is the first payment service provider I have ever used. People ask me that why I am using Cart pay Solutions only when there are other options available in the market with more lenient plans. But I have only one answer for them that their policies are suitable for my business type. I have read many bad reviews about Cart Pay. But I am a businessman and the payment gateway is good for me until they are favorable for my business. I would only suggest them to improve their reputation so that more businesses like mine can choose their services without much doubt.

This is our first experience using payment gateway for tech support with cartpay, and we've been very pleased with the product. The features are full, and they are continually updating the product. Customer support is great, with fast turnaround, and very helpful with both technical issues and specific feature questions. Their user forums seem to cover almost every topic we've looked for. Definitely recommend!

The support team always reply my questions with useful and helpful information until I have not further questions on certain topic. I would strongly recommend cart pay.

Well, first things first, there are no services available like this one. Initially I was a little apprehensive as to whether or not opt for this payment gateway, but since the time I’ve been using it, I have not had any troubles, whatsoever. All the payments were really prompt, & everything, including the payment-processing takes place so smoothly. It is great to be employed for a business, as it has a clean & simple user interface. It is really easy for those customers too who want to buy items, as it is an able payment gateway.

Their services are worst. All operate from small office in Noida. Forced to accept unreasonable clauses. They charge additional 10% deposits and look for 100 reasons for not paying you this deposits. No system of payout.....They are moving their offices from 1 place to other and finally we located them in Inthum building Sector-62 Noida. Stay away from this company. We lost our money and now planning to file legal case again them. Have seen many similar comments on several other websites complaining for same problem. I am sure they will be shutting down operations soon!!!!

This is a true complaint. They put their payment gateway on update for weeks without informing you when you are about to receive their payout. Even its their problem that they are updating their payment gatway, they doesn't release your funds until the payment gateway is back. Keep in mind that this updation is fake and they just want to hold your money with this stupid excuse. You need to meet a target of sale amount to take your funds and there is always a date to achieve that target. If you achieve the target on the same date but after a particular time(that the seller doesn't know), they will not count that the target was achieved. For example, if you achieve the target by 2 PM, they will say that the time was over by 10 AM already so go for next week now. But when it comes to chargebacks, they count the chargebacks for even 2 days after the target day. When you go to their office, they won't listen to you and simply say they are not available in that office even if they are sitting inside. If you go to their office for payment, you can receive upto 50 chargeback emails in 10 min on the same day.

Let me add my story of being victimized by cartpay inc.Why? Hear me out. I am in the business to provide computer tech support for end users. I became the part of cartpay inc and that was my bad day. One person bought subscription. He paid for the service and i fixed the issue. Once everything is done over to him, after one week, i got an email from cartpay inc that they have made the chargeback. They also put the chargeback fee on my account. my account went in negative after chargeback. They said if i want to challange then i will have to get customer‘s SSN/ CARD COPY ETC. They gave me reason that, the transaction was made using the credit card illegally. Means the card was actually hacked and then payment was made. Now i am in a state where i lost my money, and ONE TIME SET UP FEE which is 300£. If you consider firstdata, Paypal, authorise.net, they act as bridge between buyer and seller, and confirms if there is any dispute. Here, they refund all the amount without any info to me. No support whatsoever for the seller here. Ask your seller to come to cartpay inc , pay him there, get the product, and then ask your credit card company for chargeback giving the reason, that those transaction was false and you didnt made that transaction. So according to cartpay inc will refund automatically. But on the other side i found dozen of examples, where the buyer are complaining that they didnt get the proper product and asking for refund, but cartpay inc is telling them that they cannot refund. Who knows if they really refund the amount? Who knows if the refund is actually asked? After research i also found dozen of examples where people got the same email that they chargeback the amount because of illegale use of credit card. Now if the hacked card is used then whose job is this to check that? As seller, i know that someone wants to buy my product for the amount i want. If that person is buying by robbering even a bank, what wrong i done? they simply dont protect, either seller or buyer. But at the same time they say that they have a department which checks and control frauds. Interestingly they give a reply, that they cannot protect every transaction. Now if you do your research you will find out hundred of complaints. Simply stay away from cartpay inc . Do your research first.

i am using Cart Pay and found the services O.K They need to improve on Intra bank rates and Amex card success rate. Also the intra bank rates need to improve. Also do you support Apple Pay and Bitcon??

Cartpay is one of the best merchant services that I have used till now. If you are into tech support business like, Cartpay can help you to gain a lot of customer sales by card processing system. As it's a US based merchant account our sales gets processed smoothly without much hurdles. I used Authorize and Checkout also, but those service provider blocked our payment on 2nd month. However at the moment I am processing hundred thousand dollars per month with Cart Pay and they process high volume sales at an ease.
