I ordered a pair of boots online, and was delighted when they arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. However, when I put them on they felt kind of funny. Turns out I had been sent a size 40 left boot and a size 39 right boot! Customer services were very apologetic and offered to send out a new pair, but they were out of stock. I received a full refund and a large discount on my next order from Barratts. Yes, it was inconvenient, but they picked up the phone straightaway when I called and offered to fix the problem immediately. The people I spoke to were really friendly and professional. I've never experienced this quality of customer service with any other company, and I think it definitely makes up for the initial error.
