For Christmas I chose a pair of Catterpillar boots from the Barratts website (having been told the store cannot request stock - and I returned to the Camberley store on several occasions to see if a delivery had come in as informed by the staff) I opted by the standard delivery. Inevitably my boots did not arrive, - you know when you just have a feeling?? I emailed cust service who informed me they would look into it, the response took a while so i emailed again to see if following 'dispatch' any word was available as to where my much longed for xmas present was. Eventually I was told they were 'lost in transit' and would I like another pair.... I get the impression they were never actually sent so requested a full refund which came through promptly but I was still left minus one xmas present on the 21st december..... wont be using them again!!
