We wish we had never ever bought from SDS or Hanson Garages

If I could have give you zero stars we would, in 23 years of my husband owing a business WE HAVE NEVER EVER TREATED A CUSTOMER IN THIS WAY.

I could write a long list but you full well no the story, we are not happy with the finished garage, we are not happy with customer service non existent, we are not happy with the agent and as for the repair whilst I was away from the property it's a joke.

We have sent a email to the agent this morning and have turned away two people who were going to buy a garage near us as they said its that the finished product with chips in most of the panels adndno one bothered to survey before delivery like we asked.

You have a customer care charter so when did this happen for us and where is the customer care package????

You are supposed to put positives comments on here only so how many chances do you want with the negatives which are not put right when quite frankly you have no customer care and to do repairs unsatisfactorily and not wait for a customer to return to a property. yet again we were not advised of a day you were coming or did you bother to advise by telephone ad we waited in Monday , also for delivery too and we thought it was a local company fitting our garage as we have been ill informed by the agent!!!

Failings on so many counts and if I had treated customers in this way in my profession I would not be in a job.
