I initially thought this company would be OK as they seemed to communicate OK at the very beginning, of course this is prior to having my payment.

Once I paid it was like getting blood out of a stone. My repeated requests for any info, what they would start with, what they would be doing in order etc…....were ignored.

I kept on emailing and was simply told SEO work had started? Then after more demanding emails I was told they had reviewed my website ..this turned out to be two pages!

I then terminated any agreement and demanded a refund as no work had yet been carried out. They then purported to tell me a video had been completed, an in depth review of my website had been completed, in depth keyword analysis had been completed….all within a day of paying them…and prior to requesting a refund??

Of course they have not provided me with any evidence of this and I’m still waiting to see anything.

Anyone who knows anything about SEO will know that keyword analysis needs to be revealed at the start to know what keywords you should be submitting to work on. Anyone who knows anything about SEO will know that after an initial in depth review of your website any errors need to be revealed and worked on to begin with Yet they simply kept stating ‘we provide a monthly report not on an hourly basis’. An absolute joke.

They are so reluctant to even talk to me or reply to anything I ask. They are refusing to refund me and continue to provide no service. I have contacted consumer rights and will be taking this all the way to small claims court if necessary. Companies like this with no customer service should be avoided. You have been warned.
