I had to wait a whole month for the order. I have written to the e-mail many times, the route of the shipment is not tracked. After a long wait, I received a badly packaged, scratched DVD. As I believed, the disk is not readable. I demanded a refund and sent the defective product back. This was followed by a blatant lie that he had not received the returned item.
