I Ordered From Whizzy Wheels, And It Was A Nightma
I ordered from Whizzy Wheels, and it was a nightmare from start to finish.
I have spent a fortune, and everything I have ever ordered I have had to chase. My bugaboo arrived only just in time for the birth, even though I ordered it 4 months before (they told me I was ordering too early). My car seat didn't arrive, and I had to be lent a shop display one, or me and bambino would have been stranded at hospital.
My Stokke high chair arrived 3 weeks late in the wrong colour, and they had re-sold my cushion which I had paid for!! I am still waiting for the cushion 2 months later!
They never ring me back!
Completely takes the joy out of shopping for your baby!
No longer trading enough said!If you actually read my review properly to begin with the colour of the high seat cushion was the issue not the colour of the car seat..... Safety is the issue but you should be listening to your customers and not taking orders for things you cant deliver.Enough anyway your no longer trading.. no surprise there!
Considering we have been in business six years, i do understand the frustration when items are late or mis-delivered. We have 7 reviews (two of which are from the same couple) which i suppose is not bad for the amount of time in business. That makes it 50 / 50.As we always say, when it goes wrong ten people find out about it, when it goes right TWO people find out about it.We have tried during all our years in business to be fair and honest with all our customers. Sometimes this is lost in translation between different customers and staff and we strive to correct this when it happens. Does it really matter about the colour of the car seat, will it match the interior of the car - after all this is primarily a safety item for the safety of the baby. Manufacturers at times give us horrendous lead times for certain colours of items - we as a company have no sway in this. Some items are made to order so also have long lead times.Mums and dads have NINE months to plan for the arrival of their child. We have customers come to us from far and wide and we pride ourselves that we have a former midwife as head of the company. This midwife has seen all different aspects of bringing children into the world safely. Happy and Healthy is ALL THAT MATTERS.We have been chosen as a company to appear on This Morning TV and He's Having a Baby. Again, this comes through hard work and sacrifice to family life.We hope that while the company does not disagree with the review system, it does at times have a little bit more in it than is necessarily shown.Anyway enough of my ramblings, have a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year.Whizzy Wheels

I Would Not Recommend Whizzy Wheels To Anybody As
I would not recommend Whizzy Wheels to anybody as my experience of using them has been a nightmare. They took our order for the goods we had chosen and said that they would be delivered within 8 weeks. The main items we ordered were a pram/travel system, a rocking chair, a cot, a changing table and a car seat plus other smaller items. The chair was delivered within a few weeks and I therefore thought that the other items would be forthcoming; this was not the case. My wife phoned Whizzy Wheels after 6 weeks and they assured her that all items would be in stock and delivered within the 8 week period. A few days prior to the 8 week period being up I tried to contact them; it took me over 40 attempts to get through to them on the phone; when I did get through they said that most of the items still were not in stock but a delivery was expected the next day. I then tried to call them the following day. For 3 days they did not answer their phone, they did not return phone messages, they did not return email messages and as a last resort I sent them some faxes; I was not surprised that these were not replied to either. My mother in law then visited the store for me and she was told that they couldn't understand why we were worried as they had told us that it would take 8 weeks for items to be delivered; this was when the 8 weeks had expired! I then tried to phone them again and I left some messages which were not returned. I eventually got through again on a Sunday and was told it would be a further 2 weeks for delivery. I was not prepared to believe them anymore and so I cancelled the pram, cot, changing table and other items. Whizzy Wheels agreed that they would send the other items they had in stock to me by Parcel Force; this was to be sent on Tuesday with delivery on Wednesday. I then received an email on Tuesday from them saying that due to a mis-sort by Parcel Force that the items would not be delivered until Thursday. Not surprisingly no items arrived on Thursday. I eventually got through to Whizzy Wheels and insisted on them giving me the tracking number from Parcel Force. When my wife contacted Parcel Force we found out that Wheezy Wheels had only asked Parcel Force to pick the items up that day.
The pram, cot and other items etc that I cancelled with them were reordered through Back in Action; 25 hours after being ordered they were delivered to us; this is the service that customers should expect.

They may save money on the surface, but were a nightmare to deal with. If you are time poor and need a trusted supplier - I don't recommend these guys!

We ordered a cot from Whizzy Wheels at the baby show in Birmingham, and we were assured it would be delivered on 10.08.07 in plenty of time for the birth. I waited all day - NO DELIVERY. I tried phoning several times during the day, only to get a machine that said no-one could take my call, and I could not leave a message. I also sent an e-mail with all my details, including the invoice number. The only reply received was asking what item was ordered. My husband and I drove to the store the next day (an hour and a half journey) in the hope of collecting the cot, to be told they did not have it in stock and could not guarantee when it would be. At this point we decided to take a full refund plus extra to cover our travel costs.

I Used Two Left Feet First, And I Was Badly Let Do
I used Two Left Feet first, and I was badly let down. As I needed the item quickly, I needed to find another supplier with the item actually in stock.
I called Whizze Wheels to confirm availability of the item, and I received a first class service on the phone.
I ordered the footmuff before lunch and it arrived the next day with first class delivery.
Super service, good prices and fast and accurate delivery.

Well What Can I Say, After Experienceing Terrible
Well what can I say, after experienceing terrible service from Two Left Feet (see review) I was referred to Whizzy Wheels by another review on this site.
I ordered my Maxi-Cosi Priory XP in Hot Orange (according to twoleftfeet there was a manufacturer backlog of 4 - 8 weeks!) I received a confirmation email from them immediately. I then received a phone call from the owner telling me of my delivery date which was two days later, and it arrived bang on time just 4 days after placing my order (there was a weekend in-between), they even used an independent courier so as the merchandise didn't accidently 'get lost' en-route.
Overall, this is a fantastic website, the staff are friendly and most of all honest. They did all this so well and were also up to their eyes in a refurbishment.
Great service from great people - as it should be 10 out of 10 from me.

I owe Whizzy Wheels a huge thank you. They were polite and helpful when I called (after another company had let me down) they had the products I wanted, in the colours I wanted and they despatched them with free delivery - they had arrived within 24 hours of me ordering.
Truly Superb and Trustworthy with such important and precious items :)
