This Looks Like Fraud
I ordered a map case frem this company in March. Shortly after, I was informed that they were out of stock and my credit card would be refunded. I have contacted them twice since to chase up the refund. It is now June and I have not had the map case or my money back. Next stop Trading Standards? AVOID!!!

Purchased A Range Of Children's Goods From A Grow
Purchased a range of children's goods from a grow bag to toys, wellies and water bottles. Everything has arrived on time and as described. I have also subsequently purchased a back carrier for my children and the advice I received from Up to Five was excellent. They are very knowledgable about the products they stock and have always provided great customer service.I will definately buy from them again.

Ordered Kit For My Kids, Received Nothing For Over
Ordered kit for my kids, received nothing for over a week. Emailed asking for delivery date, had no response. Again emailed and nothing. Cancelled order and received email from Paypal to say money had been refunded, still waiting for that as well..........would look elsewhere if I was you, I have! Will let you know if I get my money back!

I Ordered A Grobag. I Received No Communication Fr
I ordered a grobag. I received no communication from them other than confirmation of payment. I left a number of voicemails, sent a number of emails, and didn't hear anything from them.
Eventually got a call from someone who said that they didn't have the item I requested in stock (then why was it advertised on their website) and that she had sent me many emails.
I checked my junk folder and guess what? No emails. The only email I ever received from them was to confirm payment.
I said I just wanted a refund. She said she 'would start the refund process' (hint: login to paypal and refund). This took them about 6 days.
I would avoid these people. They might claim to be cheap, but their customer service is dreadful, and their website does not reflect what they have in stock.
2 weeks later I am back to square one.

I Am 5'2" And My Husband Is 6'0 We Were Looking Fo
I am 5'2" and my Husband is 6'0 we were looking for a baby carrier that could be adjusted to fit both of us. I phoned Up to Five who asked us a few question on what we were going to do with the carrier and how often it was going to be used. They then discussed the pros and cons of several carriers and then recommended one.
My Husband said they were just trying to sell us an expensive carrier but was very impressed when it arrived next day, was exactly what we wanted and £50 cheaper than the model we were looking at. Thank you Up to Five. We will be back.

I've placed several orders for grobags with this company. They've always been delivered promptly. Goods were in perfect condition. Really pleased as they are very good value and I've never had any problems.

I Was A Little Dubious After Reading The Negative
I was a little dubious after reading the negative reviews but decided to risk placing an order with Up To Five as they were the only company who stocked the item in the colour I required, and their prices were great. Glad i took the risk. Ordered little life rucksack on 11/06/2009 it was delivered 15/06/2009 in perfect condition.

I Ordered Goods From Up To Five On 19th Janua
I ordered goods from Up To Five on 19th January, which were meant to be delivered within a week. I was initially concerned as there was no parcel tracking service.
After 2 weeks I sent numerous emails which remain unanswered, phone calls were not returned.
By the 23rd February I eventually spoke with the owner who continued to blame the postal system, said she'd check things out and again didn't get back to me.
I rang again on the 27th February and she claimed that the goods were returned to her (just that day!) as they had not been collected, but I had used my work address where parcels are always delivered to our clerical support staff - there would never be any need for a delivery slip to be left. (I double checked) .
The owner then claimed she would refund the payment that day. When I rang again today she claimed that a refund had been made on the 27th but I had already checked with paypal and it hadn't been refunded. The money was refunded this evening after todays phonecall.
The owner contradicted herself at various times saying at one time she hadn't received any of my emails and another time that she had replied to my emails but I must not have got them.
Overall, I found this website to be a total nightmare. They had my money for 7 weeks and I feel as though I got nothing in return but inconvenience, annoyance and a high phone bill!
