Unfortunately our selection is more limited than it used to be. This is due to fierce competition and poor sales of Rosette Records and other big labels, ie. Daniel O'Donnell etc. However there are plenty of places online and in shops where you can buy these CDs. We try to focus on lesser known, harder to find artists now and also great value.

I apologise that you are not happy with the site. I can understand this. I decided a couple years back to completely re-design to comply with Google's shopping search to list items in that but due to other work commitments and starting a new job I have never got the time to work on it and finish it.

Before the re-design our whole product range was online and able to be purchased directly from the site using PayPal. This is obviously what I was aiming for again with the new site but so far I have only got about half way. The catalogue was and always will be available to download also as many of our customers prefer this.

What disappoints and concerns me most about your review is that you only rated the customer service as 3/5 and claimed ‘service not bad’. This is not what I aim for and would hope to score at least 4/5 every time with customers being very happy with the service. This is usually the feedback we get and we do have many returning customers.

Also, I would hope to have scored more than 2/5 for value for money. All of our prices are as low as I can go and are at least comparable with our competition, and usually lower. Irish Music Online is a small business that I run in my spare time so I can’t always buy large quantities of stock but I do always get the best deals I can. I regularly deal with a small number of suppliers that I have a good relationship with and have been buying from for years. Mainly I buy direct from the record companies to get the best price and always pass the savings on to my customers.

If you are ever not happy with anything about our site, the service received etc. please contact us directly by email first. We would prefer to know about it and try to do something about it rather than get bad reviews.
