My family, my friends and me went to the Titanic Resort Hotel in July 2008. What a place, we range from 14yrs to 43 and all had the time of our lives. The aqua park is fab and on your doorstep. The staff can't do enough for you and they are always working very hard to keep the hotel in mint condition there was 1 thing though, the lift did smell abit. Needs adult entertainment in the lobby bar every night and not by animation team!!!! Food acceptable but not much variation for a five star hotel, could be better. Hotel definitley needs to review its entertainment at night. Would not go back to this complex until changes happened.??? Genaral manager walked about hotel, dinning rooms, lobbys everyday, rude is not the word cant even acknowledge his guests with a simple good morning, not for the everyday british holiday maker. Lovely clean hotel, everyone very friendly. The cleaners do a great job in the rooms and make great things with the towels, we had a monkey, elephant swan and crocodile. We enjoyed our stay here although there is a bad smell in the evenings when they water the gardens, they use the waste water and it reeks, doesn't always last long though.Food could be better as they cater more for the Russians and Germans, but we never went hungry.
