I previously used Virgin internet and had a lot of problems with connectivity, customer service and being charged incorrect amounts. I decided to switch to TalkTalk because they had a Black Friday deal around 2 years ago. The switch was really easy and in 2 years our internet hasn't dropped once. Customer service was great when we set up and now we are moving they have been efficient and easy to move with.

Internet seemed to go down a lot, but came back very quickly, maybe my area at the time. Over all quite happy and hopefully now I have moved house reception will be better

I've been with talktalk for a few years already but now moving home. They found me a new plan at my new address and the whole process took only a couple of minutes online. Could not be easier! With all the other stresses of moving home, I was delighted this was so simple, fast and straight forward.

I am moving home soon, went on line to Talk Talk to inform them of my move. What a very simple procedure, took me through step by step and it was very easy to follow. Many thanks, much appreciated, one less thing to be concerned about.

I must admit I was dreading trying to sort out moving services over to new house but Talk Talk have made it so easy - it was literally done within 5 minutes. Another job ticked off my list.

I’m very happy to be with talk talk because of the good internet connection and not expensive it worth but I experienced a bad service from support team they didn’t help with nothing and I think they are being paid for doing nothing.So I give the internet service 5 stars and support team 1 star.

My broadband set up for my home move with talk talk was so easy...I am not very savvy with Internet but thank you talk talk for making your moving home proceedure so simple to do.

Excellent service, very easy procedure online. The only thing that I would like to mention is that I didn't know I could book the dates I'm moving from my old house to the new one and I have to wait now for over 2 weeks. The choices about the dates were limited. I moved on 9th and I'm applying today on 11th but the first available date that I can declare as moving out date is the 17th and the first available date of moving in the new house is the 26th although I'm already in. I'm very pleased in general,I'll definitely recommend this company!
