The people that posts on website like these usually do so because they are unhappy. The pleased costumers hardly ever bothers. Hence I thougt I should break the mold and write a possitive review. We bought a house through the Southfields branch of KFH a few years ago. While house hunting we obviously also contacted a number of other agencies. However I have to say KFH was by far the best of the lot. I found this agency very proactive and also patient. They did their best to try to understand our needs and only recommended properties that fitted this profile. Some other agencies showed us a number of houses that either needed complete renovation (which we had specified we did not want) or were way out of our price range. Once we found a house we wanted thay were very good at keeping the communication between us and the vendor flowing. This also applied to all the final steps when the solicitors got involved. In short I found KFH the best ageency in Southfields (at least at that time) and if I ever come to sell up I will almost certainly do it through them.
