I am trying to contact Rias to make a claim on my garden insurance I cannot get through on the phone but they give an email address to contact, but I can't get through on that. Is there any way to check I have the right address?

Although it is refreshing to see comments on sales of insurance, what I want to know is how good are they when something happens for example a burst pipe in an upstairs bathroom that delivers 1000 of gallons water into the home? Wrecks the cielings furniture carpets etc. How do they deal with it? This happened to a friend with very bad follow up by insurers.
