Very pleased with the service provided. We ordered a few pens with names on. Had a few questions before ordering and they were really helpful. They arrived in a few days and the recipients loved them .

Would highly recommend.

Firstly, no confirmation email with tracking number received until I asked for it 2 working days later.

Secondly, website claims 5 to 10 working days delivery for signed international packages (subject to Customs) but I checked on the 7th working day and status was in a different state in the country stating "it's in processing for delivery" which has been the same status for 3 days.

On the 10th day, I emailed Executive Pens Direct again and the response was "You may be able to contact your local postal service however I wouldn’t know how to do this as we are in the UK." and was advised to try contacting them myself.

Its been 11 working days and I need that package tomorrow. I've contacted the local postal service and no response.

Ordered a pen. didn't get a confirmation email. Have written to them several times with no response.

don't use this company - the sooner they go out of business the better!

Pens Direct communication is non existant, they do not reply to emails if you have an issue and they have no contact number listed anywhere to call them direct - but if your ordering from them or paying them they will answer you.

Customer service a disgrace - their quote on their website "We guarantee your satisfaction" - absolute nonsense!

Will never use this company again and will tell everyone I meet about my experience

I bought a microphone from Pens Direct but it doesn't work. Staff are very unhelpful, the delivery charges were excessive, and the goods come late. I would never use them again.

Pens Direct offer a good price however delivery was a little too long.

I returned the pen that I got from Pens Direct. In the meantime they failed to return calls and emails. Six times to date they have failed to reply, and they have no regard for customers!

I ordered a very expensive Parker pen before Xmas. Although it was out of stock at the time Pens Direct emailed to offer an alternative, but I decided to wait and the pen arrived after about 7 working days.
