I have dealt with worldwideflights a few times. I would highly recommend them if like me you don't have time to spend figuring our the booking sites. They find you the best deals as well.

Very impressed by the way the booking was handled. The agent listened carefully, understood the brief, made careful search, suggested alternatives, was patient and courteous throughout and concluded the process well. Would certainly use again.

I phoned, rather than booked online, as my request was not straight forward. The staff were obliging and managed to accomodate my requests. Unfortunately, their computer system went down and the phone cut out twice, but the staff rang back, explained and did the job. It was a little complicated back and forth between phone, emails and internet, but the staff were courteous and resolved the challenges politely and efficiently.

The service that I received from Vince was very efficient and tailored to my needs. He didn't try to sell me any extras or force me into booking with him. He displayed a genuine interest in my travel arrangements and worked hard to find the best deal for me. We had a slight misunderstanding at one stage and despite not being his fault, he appolgised and took ownership and rectified the situation. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is that the end price was fairly average and being a student, I have limited funds and had hoped for more of a bargain, whether this was realistic or not. I'd definitely use this service again.
