Really badly put together. Anthony looks like he hasn't got a clue what his doing, suddenly changing moves and not explaining whats happenning. The camera angles are terrible zooming in & out on peoples faces, this doesn't help because your trying to work out what your supposed to be doing.
Looks like its been hack together at the local youth club!
Give this one a wide birth & if you already own a copy sling it to the disco inferno!

Apart from the great soundtracks, I was very disappointed by Anthony's 70's Disco Workout. He does not tell you when changing moves, and the camera keeps looking at faces, so you cant see what your body is supposed to be doing.
Not good for an exercise DVD really is it?
Glad I got it for £2.00 off ebay and did not pay proper price!
