Getting married in just 6 weeks so when I ordered my bridesmaid's jewellery from Bridal Gems I was over the moon when it arrived in 4 days. I ordered 3 simple pearl necklaces with matching earrings and at under a tenner each they where beautiful. The website was easy to use and the clear big pictures made it easy to choose the sets.

The tiara sparkles like diamonds and the necklace and earrings are beautiful, I'm totally happy with my jewellery and the service recieved from bridal gems. I ordered three necklace sets and three tiaras for my bridesmaids and they are totally stunning. The tiaras are pretty little silver bands with pearls and crystals and the necklace set I choose was a perfect match. The service I got was exceptional, with the jewellery delivered in less than a week (even the hand made necklaces).

I've been raving about Bridal Gems to all my friends and am happy to recommend to everyone I can :-)

I'll definitely be back for my own jewellery, it's just deciding what to go for, there's so much to choose from.

I ordered a tiara off this website, and realised that it was not going to match my dress, and so have returned the product. This was 3 months ago, and I still have not received a refund. I have emailed them numerous times, and have not heard back from them. I would not suggest that anyone uses them as they clearly do not follow their returns policy that they have displayed on their website.

On top of that, the products that I did order were not the best quality, although that should have been expected given the prices. I did think they would have the courtesy of refunding the items once I had returned them though.

I am still chasing them for a refund...

While shopping for my wedding jewelery I came across Bridal Gems, I decided to go ahead and order from them as the prices were within my budget :-).

After only a few days my beautiful side tiara arrived and I was so happy with it I still can't help but to tell everyone I can about both it and this company.

Please don't be put off by the low prices, these guys do really sell great stuff at great prices.

I guess if I was to change anything I'd like to see pictures of the tiaras being modelled so I'd have a better idea of hoe they look, but apart from that everything was A1.

I ordered my hen night gear off ebay and it never arrived, so as time was running out I had to find somewhere that could get it to me fast. Searching google I came across Bridal Gems and although I was supprised to find they sold hen night supplies, I was thrilled to learn they did AND offered guaranteed next day delivery. I ordered on Thursday morning and as promised the stuff arrive on Friday Morning, just in time lol.

I was so pleased I've recommended them to all my friends and can't help but keep shouting about them.

I'm getting married in July and was having trouble finding my perfect tiara. That was until I found Bridal Gems, I was worried about the quality, as the tiara I bought was almost double the price on other websites. When it arrived,(very promptly by the way) I couldn't have been happier, the tiara which was a side type crystal tiara on a headband was just brilliant. Don't be put off by the low prices, you won't be disappointed.

I'll be back with Bridal Gems for my BM's jewellery, and I'll probably keep them bookmarked just in case I need any sparkles in the future.

I got tiaras for my 3 bridesmaids from bridal gems about 5 months ago, and came back today for mine. The quality of the tiaras I got for the girls was excellent, in fact having spent under a tenner each I would have happily wore one of them myself. I'd seen a tiara I fancied when I bought the first lot but couldn't afford to buy them all at once, and was very disappointed when I couldn't find it when I came back. I contacted them using the form on the website and was delighted when, within half an hour they got back to me with a date they expect them to be back in stock.

I'll have to stop by Bridal Gems again when they come back into stock but it'll be a pleasure as usual.

I got all my wedding jewellery from Bridal Gems and couldn't be happier with the service I recieved. The delivery was super fast and the quality of the jewellery was excellent. There was one small problem with one of the necklace sets we purchased, but it was sorted out by Bridal Gems as soon as we contacted them.

Overall our shopping experience with on this website was exceptional.

I ordered my tiara on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday morning, the quality of the tiara is great and I would recommend Bridal Gems to every one. The tiara it self was a just what I expected and was just beautiful.
