“Horrible experience/nightmare ”

Flowers weren't delivered to the destination. When I contacted customer service they told me flowers were delivered as scheduled . It is a fake company, don't lose your money!

“Flowers not deliverd”

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who is South African studying in Germany for 6 months. It was her birthday and I wanted to make it special for her so I ordered 30 Roses. The gift did not arrive, I am extremely disappointed in this service and will not recommend this company to anyone who wants to make somebody's day special. The instruction clearly asked to be delivered by 10:30am as she goes to class. Waited up until 7pm when I called and asked if she had received anything and the answer was no. Thank you for SPOILING my GIFT to my GIRLFRIEND. Terrible service

“Failed to deliver”

I ordered quite expensive set of roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and had requested that they deliver late afternoon. Instead the flowers were delivered early in the morning to a nearby care service, which closes early afternoon. Therefore the money was wasted and the timing is now more than off. I hope the flowers are not already dying tomorrow, even though the whole original purpose of the gift is already obsolete. I was pleased to see that they sent a photo of the gift prior to delivery, but I cannot stress more how important the accurate timing of the delivery is in this type of business and I assume that florists are the ones who should know this.

“Horrible! Never Use Aquarelle.de!!!!”

Aquarelle.de SUCKS!!!! My husband and I ordered flowers to be delivered to his Aunt & Uncle in Cologne, Germany, who were celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary. The photos of the flower arrangements on Auquarelle.de looked very nice and we chose one plus some chocolates to be delivered on the Anniversary, which was a Friday. Aquarelle.de sent me an e-mail the morning of the delivery Friday saying the order had been dispatched, and included a link I could click to view a photo of my order. When I clicked it, there was a blank page... The flowers were not delivered! My husband and I were very disappointed and upset, and tried to contact Aquarelle.de about it. The only mode of contact or complaint is through e-mail: they have no phone number listed! So we sent a complaint, and I immediately received an e-mail from Aquarelle.de saying my 'comment had been logged'. Over the weekend I sent 3 more complaints, as the flowers never showed up, and each time the same e-mail arrived. I have heard nothing from anyone at Aquarelle.de. Now it is Monday afternoon, and the flowers were finally delivered to my husband's Aunt & Uncle. All the flowers are completely rotten and stinky, since they were obviously in a closed box, who knows where, the entire weekend. I've asked for a refund, but have heard nothing. AQUARELLE.DE SUCKS!!!!! Never use them!!!

They delivered the completely wrong flowers.
I did not receive an email confirmation that the flowers had been sent.
I did not receive the photo as their site says.
I found it impossible to contact them by phone.
I spoke to their other offices but the person I spoke to seemed unhelpful.

I thought they were unreliable and unhelpful.

I received two emails from www.aquarelle.de requesting all the information that I had already emailed to them. In fact at the bottom of the email they sent me asking for the delivery details...was all the information that they were asking for. So far 1 month later and no adequate response and satisfaction for me.

The plant died only 16 days after it arrived. This is due to couple of reasons; the plant arrived from Aqyarelle with half of it's earth out of the pot due to careless handling during transit. Further more the plant spent an entire 24 hours in the freezing cold weather with only a cardboard box as protection during transit! They either lack the knowledge of how to handle plants or they simply ignorant to make an effort. Either way don't waste your money with this company.
