Am still awaiting a refund for this item. Called Info Tech Systems to find out that they have been taken over by another company. Extremely dissatisfied.

I am still waiting for my money back from Info Tech Systems, despite having requested the order to be cancelled over a month ago. They took my money immediately, but I've not received the camera and now I don't want it! I just want my money back. I have now had to ask my bank to take steps to recover the money. If only I had found these reviews before I placed the order with them! Never again! My advice is stay well clear!

I ordered an MP3 player from Info-Tech systems as the product requested was cheaper than elsewhere. I unfortunatley had not read any reviews of the company. What I discovered astounded me. The company immediatley debited my account for the cost of the MP3 player and promised I would have the product within 2 days. No product arrived. Various attempts were made to contact the company but they have a knack of ignoring the phones and e-mails. When I finally got through to the company I was informed that the product had just come into the store and would be shipped out.
No product arrived. After many unanswered phonecalls and e-mails I was informed that my money would be credited back to my account. This did not happen until I threatend to get the police involved.

Info Tech Systems have taken my money for an item they don't have, and now I have to take action to get it back. I have phoned many times on a few numbers, but I have only spoken to someone once. The lady said she would get accounts to contact me, but they never did.

I will never buy anything from Info tech Systems again.
Appalling customer service. Very unhelpful staff, extremely difficult to contact by phone, refused to call back or give extension numbers, still waiting for item. It suddenly doesn't seem worth the couple of quid I saved over a genuine shop.

I wanted a memory card for my nieces birthday. I phoned Info tech Systems to confirm with the sales staff which was the correct item, and therefore I ordered online.
I paid the extra cost for 24 - 48 hour delivery, but as I had ordered at 10 minutes past 3, they could not guarantee the dispatch this day.
OK, but when I checked the status the next day, and the day after, it still hadn't been dispatched.
I contacted the sales staff, who very very unhelpful. They advised me that the goods had been dispatched, and the 1 person in the company who hand typed every e-mail to the customer on dispatch was absent. Really?
The sales staff wanted to "strike a deal" with me, and said if I don't receive it the next day (already a day late) then they will refund my delivery. The item was not delivered the next day, so she refunded my delivery cost as it was sent out via Royal Mail and not courier as stated.
To add insult to injury, when the goods did arrive, it was the wrong one!
I have e-mailed this company approximately 4 times with no answer. I wrote a letter to the manager / managing director and had no reply. I asked to speak with a manager, who didn't want to talk to me.
I had to return the incorrect item before they would replace it, and as my nieces birthday had now passed, I requested a full refund. This happened, but I had to cover the costs of special delivery back to them for their mistake.

Info Tech Systems are the same company as EPC Buyer who also have very bad reviews. I am still waiting for the TV I ordered from Info Tech, and I can never get through on the phone, and there is no reply to emails.

I believe Info Tech Systems to be one of the worst companies. They obviously have no stock, and will take money before dispatch of goods (if they ever dispatch at all). They are unprofessional in their approach towards complaints. In short, they do not care at all!!

We needed a new toner cartridge for my SCX-5112 printer (which I love). I hunted round and found the Info Tech Systems website. Found the toner cart I wanted and ordered it taking the express delivery option as I needed it fast.
BIG MISTAKE.
Two days after placing the order I called Info Tech to check on delivery date. They informed me that they didn't have the item in stock and hadn't yet ordered it either. I couldn't wait around so I cancelled the order and told them to refund the money to my credit card. They sent an email confirming this on the 17th of March.
Next thing I know is that I get an email (21/3/06) stating that I could expect my toner cartridge to arrive the next day (22/3/06). The email was sent too late in the day for me to call them back. But you can bet your bottom dollar I called them on the morning of the 22nd of March! And got no answer. All their numbers were "mysteriously" not being answered. The packaged arrived and I wrote refused delivery on the package. Later in the day I got through to the Info Tech Sales team who assured me that this had all been a big mistake and that I would get my refund....Nothing happened of course!
Track forward to today. 11 Days after I cancelled the order, and got an email acknowledging that fact. I still haven't got a refund on the credit card. I called Info Tech and they were neither able to give any explanation nor were they able to put me through to "accounts". I was assured, again, that a refund had been made but by now I am unlikely to believe a word they say.
I have contacted my credit card provider and asked for an investigation. My advice to anyone contemplating using this company is DON'T!

I ordered an Edirol UA-25 from Info tech Systems two weeks ago, and it has still not arrived. Not only do I shop online a lot, but I used to work for a company that sold online, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered an iPod from Info Tech Systems on the 19th of December as a Christmas present, and I paid an extra £4 for 48 hour delivery.
The money left my bank account on the 20th, and I am still chasing up my iPod on the 31st of December.
There have been no replies to my emails what-so-ever! I will never use this online store again!

I ordered an MP3 player from Info Tech Systems at the beginning of November 2005, on the 16th November I got an email advising me that there was a discrepancey with the supplier and they could not fulfil my order. I was offered a refund.......which I am still waiting for, I have phoned several times to be told that they will do it straight away, and they never do. Avoid at all costs!

<br>I have just got confirmation of the refund to my credit card. A pity it took so long to get, and that I had to take this issue to my card issuer to get any action.
