Yet to receive game so can't really say much apart from fairly slow shipping.

The delivery charge was quite cheap and this site sold the product for a cheaper price which was good. However, I opted to have the product delivered within 24 hours and it still hasn't arrived even though it's been about 29 hours since I bought ordered it. I understand it is the delivery company's responsibility and not Gameseek but it is fairly annoying.

Seems my order was not processed at the same speed as it normally is and so was not posted until some time later. However, would always buy from GameSeek again.

I work within logistics so know how couriers and freight forwarders work with suppliers. As we all know there are often delays with carriers some for good reason many due to poor service. I made my order late 09/032016 what concerns me most the order was not desptached until the 11th so theres already at least a days delay in delivery eta. I paid extra for a 1-3 day delivery service so the carrier has their work cut out to make up for the delayed pick/pack and despatch. Ordered for a birthday present and missed so fairly dissappointed.

Product I've ordered is great for my young son, it's just a shame that I Ordered it 3 weeks ago and still waiting. Called 2 weeks ago and was told it would be sent that day, called again to say still hadn't received to be told only half my order was in stock and they wouldn't be getting more in. Bit disappointed as they could of contacted me once they knew it was out of stock instead of waiting for me to call. Refund received there and then and that was great.

Ordered on Saturday and paid for first class delivery. It wasn't dispatched until Tuesday even though website implied it would be sent out on Monday. It is now Thursday and tracking says out to courier so it may arrive today or tomorrow. Not the speediest service. I was refunded the extra delivery charge as it clearly hasn't gone first class but that's not the point when you have a child expecting delivery within 1-3 days as described on the website. I have given 3 stars as the price is very good and if you can wait for delivery then it's a good deal. Customer services were average. They said the right things but clearly didn't mean them and sounded very bored. I am very much hoping it will arrive soon....

we pre ordered plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 , which was released on the 25th february in the uk , to my sons disappointment we haven't receive it on the 25th .my son has been counting down the days to the release of this game .Shame as its the first time i've ordered from gameseek for a pre released game with not a very happy outcome .In future i think i will be considering ordering from elsewhere.

I preordered a game from Gamseek after seeing the price was about £5 less than my favourite online retailer ShopTo.net. All was going well however, with ShopTo.net I am used to getting games a day before release date and if not then, 100% guaranteed ON release date. My game never arrived on release date for my order with Gameseek and I am very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking to preorder games but they are probably ok for normal orders.

HI, Order was delivered very fast, which was a nice surprise. The only thing to complain is the order doesn't match description. Instead of two different glasses (one with map, other with sigils) I received two glasses with house sigils. There was no Westeros map glass. Bit dissapionted with that.

Excellent price but I am still waiting for the product 6 days after release.

I received my item without the 2 batteries that were meant to be included. However these items were not and after emailing that these items were not there i still have not received any feedback regards the outcome.

i ordered a painting set which arrived promptly and looked very good. Just as ordered but when i opened it up the picture to be painted had a crease right across the middle. Looks as though the carrier let them down there.

I usually go for sites that allow me to just checkout with paypal straight away without messing around entering all those details that you get from PayPal anyway, please add a shortcut to check out instantly with paypal.

Ordered 2 toys the same one arrived not working other was perfect going to try new batteries

The prices on gameseek are good and my package arrived well packaged. Delivery was slower than expected. I had tried to cancel the order but it was dispatched regardless. There is no way to manage your orders other than to email the site (which can take 48 hrs to get back to you). The returns process involves completing a form and insists on you contacting the site for an RMA number before returning. These steps really shouldn't be nessasary and I can only assume is to make the return more difficult so people don't bother.

There was little/no communication about my order and only when I complained did I get a dispatch email. It took 1 whole week to dispatch something that was in stock and another week to arrive. I am really not pleased with this service. I don't think I'll be shopping here again in a hurry. The prices of items are good value, and the free delivery is good but the dispatch times let it down.

I do like Gameseek as their prices are unbeatably lower and therefore excellent. My only disappointment with my current order is that I placed it 10 days ago and I am still waiting for the items. I accept it is a busy time of year so I'll take that as the reason for the delay. I'm sure when my boys receive these games as part of their Christmas pressies, it will be well worth it.

Maybe I'm being critical. The first order we made with Gameseek was sent and arrived quickly. The second was pending for quite some time and seemed to be a stock issue, but when I phoned, I was told by a very helpful bubbly admin lady that the goods were in stock and could be dispatched that day. These things do happen but I would have hoped that 'pending' orders would be checked more regularly. If I hadn't called, would it still be pending?
