Web Site dtates they are no longer Trading - whats happende to my 3 year warranty I had on my camera?

I did a lot of research and was very disappointed in web sites which were saying this model was in stock and ready for buying, when I knew it wasn't as Panasonic hadn't even released the date. I looked for reviews, and found this site and being a cautious person, I phoned to chat

I was informed that those that had come in that day had gone, but a delivery was due on Monday, and I ordered then, but payment was ONLY taken upon delivery.

The best bit, a one hour time slot from the courier, which makes life so much easier for the buyer, instead of having to wait in all day.

The price was also excellent and I have been very pleased.

after much research I ordered my panasonic TZ18 from equipment express. They offered the best price for a bundle and had the goods in stock (many other suppliers didn't!

I ordered at approx 12:00 noon on Thursday; received instant confirmation followed by further e-mails advising on despatch, carrier and delivery slot, together with tracking details. Goods arrived on the following day at 13:45 within the delivery slot quoted. Excellent service.

Ordered late Friday Night, e mailed immediatley with order confirmation and the again Saturday morning to say delivery had been arranged with DPD for Tuesday as anticipated. I was e mailed a 1 hour timeslot on Tuesday morning and the goods arrived within 7 Mins of the slot.

I have been researching everywhere about getting a new camera, and decided on a Fuji Bridge camera - Either the FUJI S1800 or FUJI S2500 due to the excellent value for money compared to the compacts that were available in the market

I decided on Equipment Express as the price they were offering for the complete package was the best ive found anywhere for UK Spec items. As a cautious internet buyer, I dread handing over my bank details to anyone thats not face to face. I decided to call up and spoke to a man, and as I work in sales and am hard to impress - But this person was brilliant, he answered all my questions and made some good recommendations about what I should have without being pushy.

Felt completely at ease and was given clear timescales on what to expect. Was impressed at how soon I was to expect to received the goods. Delivery was a day late which was fine (I only ordered it 2 days ago, I can wait one more) and was given an explanation and everything then arrived when he said.

Package arrived with everything exactly as he promised. What more can I say? Other than a currier being a day late with traffic problems the service was faultless.

The camera itself was as described, Brand New, in Original Packaging as you would expect buying new from a shop. Had a little play with it, everything is great, can't wait to get outside and start taking some proper pics now.

I 100% made the right decision - Love the camera, chuffed with the service I got. Never wrote a review before but have been so impressed that just felt they deserve mentioning. Daz

Very Poor experience, ordered next day delivery, failed to turn up for further 3 weeks. No notification from supplier. When arrived missing an SD card, said it was not included, web site clearly stating it was included. POOR POOR customer service.Please avoid.

I chose the vendor primarily because of previous ratings and the competitiveness of the price.

I placed my order at 09:45, got an e-mail to say my goods had been picked by 10:15 and another e-mail to say they were on a van heading to my address by 11:20. The goods turned up as predicted by the tracking system first thing the next day.

Absolutely superb service, and great value for money. I have no hestitation in recommending Equipment Express.

E-mails re warranty and possible collection were answered promptly and politely. The price including the extra battery and larger card was very competitive but it was the 3 year inclusive warranty that clinched the deal. Having placed the order, confirmation emails and texts followed and tracking the package was easy with DPD(carrier), and delivery was within .
