“didn't cover emergency evacuation”

I was in a foreign country and had an emergency. If I did not get my baby to the capital where there was a good hospital right away he would have died. My husband did try to call and ask about emergency evac. as we were also trying to by air tickets and their customer service office basically said there was no one there at that time that could give us verification that we could go. It wasn't during their normal business hours so our emergency was not verified and the travel and ambulance that we had to get our baby to the hospital were not covered!
